120-metre Project Tanzanite Launched

Deeside Maritime is pleased to confirm the successful launch of Project Tanzanite, the largest Amels new build to date, now entering its final outfitting phase at the Amels shipyard in Vlissingen City. The 120-metre, 6083 GT Amels Full Custom yacht was transported to the Netherlands in June 2023 following her initial launch from the hull-building facility in Galati, Romania.

This significant milestone reflects the strong collaboration between Deeside Maritime, the shipyard, and the Amels Project Tanzanite team. Final completion is scheduled for 2026, with over 1,000 skilled professionals from Damen Yachting and the wider superyacht supply chain contributing to the project. Project Tanzanite is a Full Custom build with exterior design by Espen Øino. All further details regarding the yacht's features and interiors remain confidential.
